Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und implementierst relevante Controllinginstrumente und KPIs
- Du erstellst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche mit Abweichungsanalysen als Basis für die Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Du erarbeitest Ertrags-, Bilanz- und Liquiditätsplanungen sowie monatlich aktualisierte Forecasts
- Du erstellst wöchentliche Controllingberichte und überwachst die Qualität der Finanzbuchhaltung in den Unternehmen
- Du erstellst Vor- und Nachkalkulationen und wirkst bei der Optimierung betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerungssysteme mit
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Sanierungsgutachten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mind. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Position als Controller (m/w/d) oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling
- Du besitzt gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel
- Du beschreibst dich als flexible, engagierte, belastbare und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen, konzeptionellen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und einem sehr guten Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Du kannst dich schnell auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellen und verfügst über einen Führerschein für Reisetätigkeiten im gesamten Bundesgebiet (wenn auch in sehr geringem Umfang)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
