Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten mit unseren Objektplaner:innen ab LF 5 der HOAI zusammen
- Sie erstellen Ausschreibungstexte für die einzelnen Gewerke und wirken bei der Vergabe der Aufträge mit
- Sie leiten die Baustellen, kontrollieren die Qualität der Arbeiten und prüfen die Aufmaße sowie die Rechnungsfreigabe
- Sie stimmen sich mit Kund:innen ab, erstellen entsprechende Protokolle und übergeben die Objekte an die Kund:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Ingenieur:in oder Techniker:in der Fachrichtung Bauwesen
- Sie haben Kenntnisse der VOB und der Regeln der Technik
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsfähigkeit und treten sicher auf
- Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Software
- Sie sind teamfähig und engagiert
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
