Was erwartet Sie?
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung mit Schwerpunkt HLS
- Selbständige Erstellung innovativer Konzepte und Planungen nach dem HOAI-Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung (LP1 – LP9)
- Gewerkeübergreifende Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten
- Verantwortung der internen sowie externen Projektkosten
- Einhaltung der geforderten Nachweise der gültigen gesetzlichen und technischen Vorschriften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Studium der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse mit AutoCAD/Revit sowie Berechnungsanwendungen,
- gute technische Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik
- Persönlichkeit: Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
