Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erfassen Ein- und Verkaufsverträge sowie bearbeiten Aufträge mittels Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Warendisposition
- Sie erstellen Begleitpapiere sowie Im- und Exportdokumente und führen ggfs. elektronische Ausfuhranmeldungen über ATLAS durch
- Sie legen Rechnungen und kontrollieren sowie geben Lieferanten- und Speditionsrechnungen zur Zahlung frei
- Sie überwachen und erstellen Lieferantenerklärungen und aktualisieren interne statistische Auswertungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine fundierte abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung und Rechnungslegung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Im- und Export
- Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV und gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
