Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Bruchsal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit anschließendem Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
- Abwicklung inkl. Verbuchung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs sowie des Mahnwesens
- Unterstützung der Lohnbuchhaltung
- Erstellung monatlicher, steuerlicher Meldungen (USt.-VA, ZM-Meldungen)
- Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse inkl. Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses für den Steuerberater
- Monatliches und quartalsweises Erstellen von Berichten und Statistiken
- Schnittstelle zur übergeordneten Konzernbuchhaltung, Wirtschaftsprüfern und dem Finanzamt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Ähnliches mit Affinität zu Finanzen und Controlling
- IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Reporting
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Genauigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
