In this role, you will be responsible for both client consulting and hands-on work, with a focus on Privacy Tech, Data Engineering, and DevOps. You’ll work closely with clients to advise on best practices, while also implementing technical solutions to address their needs. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic consulting with cutting-edge technical work in a dynamic, fast-evolving field.
We are a small agency focused on the future of digital analytics. As experts for Consent and Hybrid Data Management, we support our customers in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Consent Management and Web Analytics software. Most of our customers are from the enterprise or larger mid-market, representing all industries (automotive, banking, e-commerce, engineering, tech, B2B, B2C,...) and many different regions (DACH, EMEA, Americas, Middle-East, APAC etc..).
How will you make an impact?
- As a consultant, you are the key account manager for the customers assigned to you and provide full support in consulting, training and configuration in the areas of privacy tech.
- You coordinate projects independently as a project manager together with the customer and provide support for all functional and technical questions.
- Independent conception & execution of the complete project process (realization, maintenance, optimization)
- Configuration and operation of privacy tech software, especially Usercentrics Consent Management Platform
- Data Engineering and setting up data infrastructure with modern technologies (e.g. Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

Your profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders
- You are able to multitask and be organized to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- You are familiar with DevOps technology (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- You are interested in privacy tech technologies, preferably you've already worked with consent management solutions
- Very good language skills in German and English, fluent communication (C1 level) in both languages
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of either DevOps, Privacy Tech or Data Engineering with at least 3 years as a service provider or consultant

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
