  • Du betreust und berätst unsere Neu- und Bestandskund:innen und beantwortest Anfragen bezüglich unserer Produkte, des Versands sowie der Zahlung und Reklamation
  • Du bearbeitest täglich angelaufene, offene Tickets innerhalb unseres Support-Tools Gorgias
  • Du überwachst das Bestellmanagement via unseres Shopsystems Shopify und nimmst, sofern nötig, Anpassungen von Bestelldetails vor
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unserem Logistik- und Lagerdienstleister im Falle von Lieferkomplikationen
  • Du bist das Ohr am Markt, behältst laufend das Kundenfeedback im Auge und beantwortest Fragen und Anregungen unter unseren Social Media Postings, im Blog, etc
  • Du bist aktiver Teil der Community rund um Trends zum Thema Kinder, Eltern, kreatives Spielen, etc. auf Facebook und in Foren und bringst das gesammelte Kundenfeedback sowie dein eigenes Know-How zur stetigen Optimierung unseres Angebots und unserer Prozesse ein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
