Sie managen die Vermarktung des Produktportfolios unseres Unternehmens mit dem Ziel, dass jedes Produkt schnell auf den internationalen Märkten ankommt und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich ist
Sie konzipieren und erstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, technischer Dokumentation sowie zentralen Spezialist:innen im Headquarter das Produkt Launch Package, bestehend aus Produktinformation, Produktdokumentation, Vertriebstraining, Broschüren, Bildern und ggf. Videos
Sie erstellen die Produktpositionierung, die Nutzenargumentation sowie die vertrieblichen Argumente und Vertriebswerkzeuge für die unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen sowie -märkte, um den Vertriebsprozess zu unterstützen
Sie befähigen die internationalen Vertriebskanäle durch Produktschulungen und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb die persona- sowie marktspezifischen Argumente, um die Kaufkriterien, -kanäle und die mit dem Produkt gelösten Probleme zu verstehen
Sie analysieren Nutzer:innen-/Kund:innenbedürfnisse, internationale Märkte sowie Zielsegmente, besuchen internationale Messen und unterstützen das Produktmanagement bei der Definition der Produktstrategie
Sie führen regelmäßige Auswertungen von definierten KPI’s durch sowie einen Statusabgleich mit dem internationalen Vertrieb zur Überwachung des Erfolgs des Produktportfolios und leiten steuernde Maßnahmen ab

Sie sind ein emphatisches und leidenschaftliches Kommunikationstalent und haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte einfach aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
