Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst, prüfst und verwaltest Verträge, die unsere rechtlichen und unternehmerischen Ziele absichern
- Du unterstützt unsere Teams mit praxisorientierter und zeitnaher Beratung, identifizierst rechtliche Risiken und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Stakeholdern nachhaltige Lösungen
- Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen, bei denen Du sowohl die Interessen des Unternehmens als auch die Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesetze in den Vordergrund stellst
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Rechtsteam zusammen, um Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und einen echten Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen
- Du erstellst und verwaltest rechtliche Dokumente mit einem hohen Maß an Präzision, um rechtliche Sicherheit und Transparenz zu gewährleisten
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für alle rechtlichen Fragen im Unternehmen und unterstützt unsere Teams dabei, ihre Ziele auf einem soliden rechtlichen Fundament zu erreichen
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle unsere Aktivitäten mit den neuesten gesetzlichen Anforderungen, insbesondere im IT-Recht, Datenschutz und Compliance, im Einklang stehen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Volljurist:in mit mindestens 7 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Vertragsrecht
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest proaktiv
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig in unserem modernen Büro in Mannheim zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
