Unsere Teams für Infrastruktur realisieren neue Lebensräume für die Menschen in der Region. Mit Kreativität und Weitblick erschließen und gestalten wir nachhaltige Wohnquartiere und entwickeln zukunftsorientierte Verkehrsanlagen. Werde Teil davon und leite spannende Tiefbauprojekte als Projektleiter (m/w/d) und gestalte die Infrastruktur von morgen mit uns!
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tiefbau-, Infrastruktur- und Erschließungsprojekte (Neubau und Bestand)
- Du betreust die Projekte selbstständig in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektbeteiligten und verantwortest die Qualität, die Kosten und die Termine
- Du legst den Planungsumfang des Projekts fest und holst die erforderlichen Genehmigungen ein
- Du leitest unsere erfahrenen Konstrukteur:innen an und vertrittst deine Projekte gegenüber den Auftraggeber:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder des Umweltingenieurwesens bzw. eine vergleichbare Expertise
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Projekten im Bereich des Tiefbaus oder der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
