Die Tätigkeit erfordert ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent, Verhandlungsgeschick und technisches Verständnis, um die Materialverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und Produktionsprozesse reibungslos zu unterstützen. Dabei steht die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten und Logistikpartnern im Vordergrund, um die hohen Qualitätsanforderungen und Liefertermine zu gewährleisten.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen eine kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen sicher, einschließlich der Rechnungskontrolle
- Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und der Angebotseinholung sowie bei systematischen Angebotsvergleichen
- Sie wählen Lieferanten aus, bewerten diese und unterstützen bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sie führen Preis- und Marktanalysen der jeweiligen Produkt- und Dienstleistungskategorien durch
- Sie koordinieren Termine und überwachen Fristen im Rahmen der Lieferantenbetreuung
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren die Stammdaten und arbeiten eng mit Projektmanagement, Bauleitung, Technik und Materialwirtschaft zusammen
