Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst ergebnisorientiert und optimierst kontinuierlich alle Prozesse des Gerüstbau-Standortes in Dresden
- Du organisierst und verantwortest die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Ausführung aller Bauleistungen für unsere Kunden
- Du entwickelst die Mitarbeiter:innen weiter
- Du akquirierst Kundenaufträge und baust gute, langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden in unseren Kernindustrien auf und aus
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der unternehmensinternen Policies sowie sonstiger gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Vorgaben sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Baudienstleistungen im Industrie-/Bausektor
- Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgesprochener Hands-on-Mentalität
