- Du steuerst strategisch und leitest operativ den gesamten Finanzbereich
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Accounting, inklusive Buchhaltung, Cash Management und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB
- Du bist zuständig für das Investor Reporting sowie die Strukturierung und Planung von Fremdkapital
- Du stellst reibungslose operative Prozesse sicher und triffst optimale strategische Entscheidungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und Steuerrecht, insbesondere in Bezug auf Organschaften und GmbH-Strukturen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Jahresabschlüssen mit und hast Expertise im Cash Management, in der Liquiditätsplanung und im Controlling
- Du verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis der Fremdkapitalstrukturierung, Leasingmodelle und Investorenkommunikation
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Finanztools und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise DATEV oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Du denkst analytisch und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge zu überblicken
- Du kommunizierst proaktiv, insbesondere im Austausch mit Investor:innen, Steuerberater:innen und Banken, und trittst empathisch und souverän gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
