Wir agieren weltweit und suchen einen Sales Manager (m/w/d) für unser Ersatzteilgeschäft. Viele Kunden sitzen außerhalb Deutschlands oder der EU, weshalb gute Englischkenntnisse benötigt werden. Von der Anfrage bis zur Organisation des Versandes sind Sie zuständig und halten Rücksprache mit dem Kunden.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote, Kalkulationen sowie Vertragsunterlagen eigenständig und vertriebsorientiert und vergleichen Angebote von Spediteuren
- Sie führen Bestellungen aus und erstellen alle relevanten Dokumente
- Sie beauftragen Lieferungen und Abholungen im In- und Ausland sowie die Spediteure für die Abholung der Ware
- Sie organisieren Kundendiensteinsätze in enger Abstimmung mit Technikern und Kunden
- Sie verwalten und erstellen Artikel im Warenwirtschaftssystem und arbeiten eng mit dem Lager beim Warenein- und -ausgang zusammen
- Sie planen und terminieren die Beschaffung und führen Mini-Inventuren durch
- Sie überprüfen Auftragsbestätigungen und überwachen die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen

- Sie bringen erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Industrie, mit
- Sie verfügen neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben eine freundliche Art, sind kundenorientiert und glänzen mit Ihrer professionellen Büromentalität sowie hoher Serviceorientierung
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, mit großer Sorgfalt und besitzen eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on“-Mentalität
- Sie besitzen gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit MS Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
