Die Realisierung von Projekten im klassifizierten Straßenbau, kommunalen Tief- und Straßenbau sowie die Erschließung von Baugebieten von A-Z bestimmen Ihren abwechslungsreichen Tagesablauf. Von der Planung bis zur Abrechnung führen Sie die gesamten HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-9 für unsere überwiegend kommunalen Auftraggeber durch.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Projekte selbstständig betreuen
- Anleitung jüngerer Mitarbeiter und Führen eines Projektteams
- Erstellen und Vorbereiten von Honorarangeboten
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in der Akquisition

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium mit Vertiefung Tiefbau/Straßenplanung
- Gute Kenntnis der technischen Regelwerke, Baugesetze
- Gute Kenntnis der branchenüblichen EDV- und Berechnungsprogramme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauleitung und Abrechnung von Baumaßnahmen
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Baufirmen und Auftraggebern
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Sicheres Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift, sicheres öffentliches Auftreten
- Interesse, Engagement und Flexibilität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
