Qualitätsmanager Schwerpunkt Futtermittelbereich (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und optimierst das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) im Futtermittelbereich
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Standards sicher
- Du führst interne Audits durch und unterstützt bei externen Audits
- Du implementierst und überwachst Qualitätskontrollen entlang der gesamten Lieferkette
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität
- Du schulst und sensibilisierst die Mitarbeitenden in Qualitätsfragen und analysierst Kundenfeedback zur Implementierung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Futtermittel- oder Lebensmittelbereich
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und zielgerichtet und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
