Wir stellen sicher, dass die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden optimal aufgebaut sind und sicher laufen. Werde Mitglied unserer Firma und gestalte als Abteilungsleiter Managed Services (m/w/d) diese spannende Abteilung wegweisend mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest die Abteilung Managed Services, die aus den beiden Teams Service Desk und Operations (mit jeweils eigenen Teamleitern) besteht
- Du stellst die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit unserer Managed Services-Verträge sicher
- Du wertest die laufenden Verträge aus und pflegst sie in internen Systemen
- Du entwickelst unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Managed Services weiter
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Eskalationsthemen in den zugehörigen Teams
- Du arbeitest an den Schnittstellen mit den weiteren Abteilungsleitungen und dem CTO

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Elektrotechnik oder eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemadministration (m/w/d) abgeschlossen
- Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Du hast mit übergreifenden Lösungen diverser Hersteller im Bereich Managed Services, besonders im Endpoint Management gearbeitet
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten (besonders Microsoft Azure), Zertifizierungen im Sophos- und Microsoft-Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung mit und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung, arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert, und verfügst über gute organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

2. Wir prüfen schnellstmöglich, ob die Stelle auf Deine Bewerbung passt und setzen uns anschließend mit Dir in Verbindung.
3. Das 1. Gespräch findet, abhängig von Deinem Wohnort, in Schrobenhausen oder per Teams statt. Es nimmt ein Vertreter der Technik und ein Vertreter von HR teil. Wir versuchen den Zeitrahmen auf 30 Minuten einzuschränken.
4. Für das 2. Gespräch wird ein großzügigerer Zeitrahmen angesetzt. Wir treffen uns persönlich und besprechen die Stelle und Deine Ansprüche im Detail.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
