Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest die Abteilung Managed Services, die aus den beiden Teams Service Desk und Operations (mit jeweils eigenen Teamleitern) besteht
- Du stellst die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit unserer Managed Services-Verträge sicher
- Du wertest die laufenden Verträge aus und pflegst sie in internen Systemen
- Du entwickelst die Produkte und Dienstleistungen weiter
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Eskalationsthemen in den zugehörigen Teams
- Du arbeitest an den Schnittstellen mit den weiteren Abteilungsleitungen und dem CTO

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Elektrotechnik oder eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemadministration abgeschlossen
- Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Personalverantwortung gesammelt
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit übergreifenden Lösungen diverser Hersteller im Bereich Managed Services, besonders im Endpoint Management, und gute PowerShell Kenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten, besonders Microsoft Azure, und Zertifizierungen im Sophos- und Microsoft-Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung mit und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung, arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert, und verfügst über gute organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
