Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste, direkte Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Interessent:innen beim Online-Fensterkauf
- Du beantwortest Anfragen per Telefon, Email und Live-Chat
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsbearbeitung sowie den Kundensupport während der gesamten Bestellabwicklung
- Du handelst Rückfragen, Retouren und Beschwerden
- Du kommunizierst mit externen Partner:innen, Dienstleister:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Business Development und Logistik zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Kaufmann/Kauffrau mit technischem Hintergrund in der Fensterbranche oder staatlich geprüfte:r Holztechniker:in, Glasermeister:in oder Fenstertechniker:in
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Fensterbau oder Fensterhandel
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent
- Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und teamfähig
- Du beherrschst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und hast sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
