Als (Senior) Finanzbuchhalter / (Senior) Financial Accountant bringst Du Deine Expertise ein, um unser Finance-Team auf das nächste Level zu heben und eine skalierbare Finanzfunktion aufzubauen. Was erwartet dich?
- Buchhaltung: Eigenständige Erfassung und Verarbeitung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung sowie Buchungen von Banken, Kassen, Kreditkarten und Reisekosten
- Abschlüsse: Koordination und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen für sämtliche Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland
- 360°-Verantwortung: Übernahme der ganzheitlichen Finanzverantwortung für einzelne Gesellschaften, einschließlich Abschlussprüfung, Berichterstattung und Koordination mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
- Zahlungsverkehr: Abwicklung und Kontrolle des gruppenweiten Zahlungsverkehrs
- Bilanzierung: Klärung von bilanziellen Grundsatzfragen und Bearbeitung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und dem Controlling
- Abstimmungen: Verantwortung für Konten- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie statistische Meldungen
- Business Partnering: Unterstützung der Fachbereiche und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften als kompetenter Finance Business Partner
- Integration: Onboarding und Integration neuer Gesellschaften in die buchhalterische und systemische Systemlandschaft
- Optimierung: Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme, insbesondere im Bereich Fast Close und IKS
- Projekte: Mitarbeit an Sonderprojekten wie der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems, Internationalisierungsstrategien oder M&A-Prozessen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in (international)
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere mit Abschlusssicherheit bei Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie Erfahrung in bilanz- und buchhaltungsbezogenen Projekten, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Fachkenntnisse: Umfassende Kenntnisse im HGB und Steuerrecht; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in IFRS oder US-GAAP (inkl. SOX) sind von Vorteil
- IT-Affinität: Fähigkeit, in komplexen IT-Strukturen zu arbeiten und diese weiterzuentwickeln. Erfahrung mit der Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
- Sprachen: Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch für die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
