Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Sie verantworten die systematische und effiziente B2B Kundenbetreuung von der Anfrage bis zur Auftragsabwicklung für Kunden aus den BeNeLux Staaten und Deutschland
- Sie prüfen nach Rücksprache mit anderen Fachabteilungen die technische Machbarkeitsprüfung von Anfragen
- Sie führen das Angebotsmanagement durch: Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
- Sie entwickeln Aufträge ab: Erfassung, Abstimmung mit der Konstruktion und Terminierung
- Sie managen Reklamationen: Erfassung, Sofortmaßnahmen und interne Koordination
- Sie übernehmen die allgemeine Kundenbetreuung: Verkaufsaktionen, aktiver Verkauf und Teilnahme an Messen
- Sie beteiligen sich am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess: Beitrag zur Optimierung der internen/externen Prozesskette

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert, wie z.B. als Industriekaufmann oder im Büromanagement und ggf. eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im B2B Vertriebsinnendienst mit
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch auf C1 Niveau, Englisch und Niederländisch auf B2 Niveau oder haben die Bereitschaft Niederländisch einen Sprachkurs zu belegen
- Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert und können mit verschiedenen Abteilunge, wie bspw. dem Außendienst und Fachabteilungen gut zusammenarbeiten
- Sie haben eine Affinität zu technischen Produkten, brauchen aber keine bestimmten Vorkenntnisse in diesem Bereich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
