Technischer Redakteur für kundenorientierte Softwarepakete (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentation (Bedienungsanleitungen, Release Notes etc.) und Online-Hilfen für unsere Softwarepakete in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du stellst komplexe technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht textlich und bildlich dar: normenkonform, topic-basiert und übersetzungsgerecht
- Du erstellst Terminologie und entwickelst Stilrichtlinien für die technische Dokumentation weiter
- Du führst interne Korrekturen und Lektorate durch
- Du koordinierst und führst Übersetzungsprojekte mit externen Dienstleistern durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der technischen Redaktion oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung zum technischen Redakteur (m/w/d)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen (idealerweise MadCap Flare) und in der Erstellung topic-orientierter Dokumentation
- Du hast technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu formulieren
- Du kennst relevante Normen und Gesetze für das Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
