Technischer Redakteur für kundenorientierte Softwarepakete (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation (Bedienungsanleitungen, Release Notes etc.) und Online-Hilfen für unsere Softwarepakete in Deutsch und Englisch
- Zielgruppengerechte textliche und bildliche Darstellung komplexer technischer Sachverhalte: Normenkonform, Topic-basiert und Übersetzungsgerecht
- Erstellung von Terminologie und Weiterentwicklung von Stilrichtlinien für die technische Dokumentation
- Durchführung von internen Korrekturen und Lektoraten
- Koordination und Durchführung von Übersetzungsprojekten mit externen Dienstleistern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der technischen Redaktion oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung zum technischen Redakteur
- Erfahrung mit XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen (idealerweise MadCap Flare) und in der Erstellung Topic-orientierter Dokumentation
- Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu formulieren
- Kenntnisse von relevanten Normen und Gesetze für das Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
