Kreditorenbuchhalter im Finanzwesen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Sachbearbeitung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive der erhaltenen Mahnungen
- Du prüfst formell die Eingangsrechnungen gemäß der gesetzlichen Anforderungen (§ 14 UstG)
- Du gleichst die eingehenden Rechnungen mit Wareneingängen, Preisen und Mengen ab und klärst auftretende Differenzen
- Du verbuchst die Eingangsrechnungen und pflegst kreditorische Stammdaten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Kontenpflege und Abstimmung sowie die Erstellung der in- und ausländischen Zahlläufe und Überwachung der OP-Listen
- Du arbeitest beim Monats-/Jahresabschluss nach HGB mit und bearbeitest abschlussrelevante Konten, Rückstellungen und aktive Rechnungsabgrenzung
- Du führst allgemeine buchhalterische Tätigkeiten aus, wie die Ablage im elektronischen Archivierungssystem ELO, Schriftverkehr und Telefonate
- Du bearbeitest physische und virtuelle Posteingänge und vertrittst bei Bedarf in den Bereichen Debitoren, Reisekostenbearbeitung und Buchung, Leasing sowie Versicherungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Kreditoren
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch Microsoft Navision-Kenntnisse
- Du zeigst hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie eine gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
