Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst die Branding-, Marketing- und Ticketing-Strategien
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Business Development und identifizierst sowie sprichst potenzielle Kooperationspartner:innen für strategische Marketing-Kollaborationen an
- Du baust Beziehungen zu wichtigen Partner:innen und Stakeholdern auf und pflegst diese zur langfristigen Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Kooperationen
- Du führst und entwickelst ein hochmotiviertes Inhouse-Marketingteam und koordinierst externe Agenturen sowie freie Kreative
- Du arbeitest eng mit Veranstaltungspartner:innen in internationalen Zielmärkten zusammen und planst, überwachst sowie passt das Marketingbudget mit einem klaren Fokus auf Effektivität und Pricing-Strategien an
- Du bist Impulsgeber:in für die Implementierung innovativer Marketingprozesse und neuer Technologien und entwickelst unsere Webseiten sowie digitale Infrastruktur weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bringst ab 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing mit, idealerweise in der Musik- oder Eventbranche
- Du hast ein analytisches Gespür für Markttrends und Wachstumspotenziale sowie Kenntnisse in Budgetplanung und Markenentwicklung
- Du verfügst über hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Teamführung und eine Affinität zu digitalem Marketing sowie Performance-Optimierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
