Als Technischer Ausbilder im Bereich Mechatronik und Elektronik spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Ausbildungskonzept Vmax. Du förderst unseren Nachwuchs nicht nur in der fachlichen Ausbildung, sondern entwickelst zusammen mit ihnen ihre sozialen, methodischen und persönlichen Kompetenzen weiter. Du hilfst ihnen, sich bestmöglich auf ihre berufliche Zukunft vorzubereiten. Dein Engagement trägt dazu bei, dass unsere Auszubildenden nach der Ausbildung als kompetente und motivierte Fachkräfte den Erfolg unseres Unternehmens mitgestalten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die fachliche Ausbildung unserer jungen Talente
- Du wählst Bildungsinhalte aus, gestaltest und vermittelst sie nach methodischen und didaktischen Gesichtspunkten
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Ausbildungsbeauftragten in den Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Du pflegst den Kontakt zu Prüfungsausschüssen, Berufsschulen und unseren Kooperationsschulen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Ausbildungskonzepts Vmax mit
- Du gestaltest kreativ unser Ausbildungsmarketing, um die Azubis von morgen für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Technikerausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss im Bereich Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
- Du überzeugst durch deine Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und deine Intention, Menschen zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln. (z. B. ehrenamtlicher Jugendtrainer, Organisator von Sommercamps, Workshop-Leiter in einem Jugendzentrum etc.)
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Aufgeschlossenheit und Empathie
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Berufs- und Arbeitspädagogik (AEVO)
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Gestaltungswillen und eine Hands-on-Mentalität und gehst proaktiv an Herausforderungen heran

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
