Managing Architekt/in in einem Start-Up für ein modulares Bauwerk (m/w/d)
Architekt/in
- Du erstellst Machbarkeitsanalysen und Visualisierungen für potenzielle Standorte
- Du führst Vorgespräche mit Kunden, Standortpartnern und Behörden
- Du klärst standortspezifische bauseitige Schnittstellen wie Stromanschlüsse, Spaten und Grünflächen
- Du erstellst Bauvoranfragen und Bauanträge
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zur technischen Abteilung und Bauleitung
- Du unterstützt im Design des VePa Turms, insbesondere der Fassade
- Du entwickelst und digitalisierst Prozesse zur Projektumsetzung
- Du arbeitest dich tief in die baurechtliche Einkategorisierung unseres Produkts ein und koordinierst Gespräche mit Landesbauämtern zu Themen wie Brandschutz und Garagenverordnung
- Du unterstützt unser Tech-Team beim Produkt Re-Design

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist ein Teamplayer!
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium
- Du besitzt mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit modularen Gebäuden und Planungen
- Du liebst es Prozesse zu digitalisieren und nutzt für deine tägliche Arbeit schon die richtigen Tools.
- Du liebst es mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern die beste Lösung zu finden, seien es Kunden, Behörden, Vertrieb und auch unsere Technik.
- Du bist neugierig, innovativ und bereit, deinen eigenen Bereich in einem Start-up aufzubauen
- Idealerweise hast du viel Erfahrung im Bereich Bauingenieurswesen und der Durchführung aller Leistungsphasen.

About VePa Vertical Parking
Wir wollen das Leben in unseren Städten lebenswerter gestalten. Dabei helfen unsere nachhaltigen, flexiblen und platzsparenden Parktürme. Auf nur 35qm können wir 12 Fahrzeuge parken und laden. Zukünftig wollen wir aber als Mobility Hub fungieren und alle Arten von Shared und Micro-Mobility in unseren Türmen haben. Durch Begrünung, Elektroladestationen und Photovoltaik passen wir in ein grünes und modernes Stadtbild.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
