Was erwartet Dich?
- Du führst den Vertriebsinnendienst strategisch und operativ, dabei transformierst Du den Innendienst zu einer proaktiven und vertriebsorientierten Abteilung
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Prozesse mit einem starken Fokus auf Digitalisierung, wobei Du kontinuierlich KPIs analysierst und verbesserst
- Du entwickelst und setzt Strategien zur Umsatz- und Effizienzsteigerung erfolgreich um
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein Team von 13 Mitarbeitenden zur Höchstleistung und förderst die Eigenverantwortung und das Empowerment im Team
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Supply Chain, dem Außendienst und europäischen Vertriebsgesellschaften zusammen
- Du stellst eine exzellente Kundenbetreuung und -zufriedenheit sicher

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen
- Du besitzt mindestens 3-5 Jahre Führungserfahrung und Know-how in SAP, CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Du bringst fundiertes Wissen in Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierungsthemen mit und besitzt idealerweise Erfahrung im Exportgeschäft
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlenmanagement sowie Erfahrung mit Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Du bist führungsstark, kannst Teams motivieren und mit Empathie und Mitarbeiterorientierung durch Veränderungsprozesse führen
- Du bist serviceorientiert, analytisch stark und kannst komplexe Aufgaben strukturiert und priorisiert angehen
- Du gehst souverän mit Kundenanforderungen und Beschwerden um und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Service- und Lösungsorientierung
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist flexibel und belastbar und ein Vorbild durch Vorleben mit einer "Hands-on"-Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
