Technical Sales Manager für Türautomatisierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Türautomatisierung und Brandschutz aus
- Du akquirierst Neukund:innen und baust den Marktanteil aus
- Du berätst und betreust Kund:innen technisch in allen Phasen des Projekts
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote und führst Vertragsverhandlungen
- Du stellst die Kundenbindung und langfristige Partnerschaften sicher
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Türautomatisierung, Brandschutz und verwandten Bereichen und bist bereit zu reisen, um Kund:innen und Baustellen zu besuchen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Brandschutz oder verwandten Bereichen
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Ausschreibung, VOB und dem Baurecht, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert
- Du bist bereit, für Außendiensttätigkeiten zu reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
