Als Head of Marketing übernimmst du die Führung unseres sechsköpfigen Marketing-Expertenteams und gestaltest unser Wachstum aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst und setzt du kreative Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien um, die calimoto auf das nächste Level bringen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Gründerteam und den weiteren Führungskräften zusammen. Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, strategisches Denken und datenbasierte Entscheidungen mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität zu verbinden. Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst die Marketingstrategie und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die globale Marketingstrategie und deren Umsetzung, um das Markenwachstum zu fördern und die Nutzerbasis zu erweitern
- Du erarbeitest Marketingkonzepte gemeinsam mit deinem Team und bist immer bereit, dich selbst einzubringen
- Du behältst den Überblick über alle Marketing-Themen und arbeitest eng mit den Gründer:innen zusammen
- Du entwickelst unsere Markenstrategie weiter, um die Positionierung unseres Unternehmens als Marktführer in der Motorradbranche zu stärken

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Marketingposition mit – vorzugsweise in einem Start-up oder Scale-up
- Du besitzt primär Erfahrung im B2C SaaS App-Bereich
- Du hast Vertrauen in dein Team und setzt auf eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren. Du schaffst Freiräume für Kreativität und individuelle Entfaltung, um das Beste aus jedem Teammitglied herauszuholen
- Du triffst fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und förderst eine analytische Denkweise im Team
- Du bist überzeugt, dass die besten Ergebnisse durch Zusammenarbeit entstehen, und verstehst es, dein Team zu begeistern und einzubeziehen
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing, Branding, Influencer Marketing, SEO, ASO, Analytics oder Content-Bereich
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
- Du fährst optimalerweise selbst Motorrad oder hast ein starkes Interesse an der Zielgruppe und ihren Bedürfnissen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
