Du bearbeitest die üblichen Materialien wie Stahl, Edelstahl, Buntmetalle und Kunststoffe in Einzelteilen und Kleinserien und erstellst/passt die Programme selbständig an und korrigierst sie. Zudem führst du Maßprüfungen eigenständig durch und liest die zugehörigen Zeichnungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest alle üblichen Materialien (Stahl, Edelstahl, Buntmetalle, Kunststoffe) in Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
- Du erstellst/passt Programme selbständig an und führst Korrekturen durch
- Du führst eigenständig Maßprüfungen durch und liest dazu Zeichnungen
- Du arbeitest vor allem mit 5-Achs-Maschinen und der Haidenhain Steuerung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanungsmechaniker
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker/-in Fachrichtung Frästechnik, zum Werkzeugmechaniker/-in, zum Industriemechaniker/-in oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du hast gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen, vorrangig 5 Achs-Bearbeitung und besitzt gute Kenntnisse an Heidenhain Steuerungen (TNC 530.620.640)
- Du hast Lust auf Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht) und bringst zudem ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit
- Gutes Deutsch (B2) in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
