In der Rolle des Ingenieurs für technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Teil-Planung und kreative Umsetzung innovativer TGA-Projekte, einschließlich der Planung, Ausschreibung und Vergabebegleitung gemäß HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und visualisierst Planungsvorgaben, während du gleichzeitig Qualität, Termine und Kosten in der Bauüberwachung sicherst. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen, um optimale Projektergebnisse zu erzielen und sicherstellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Richtlinien und Normen, um den Unternehmenserfolg zu unterstützen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Strategische Teil-Planung und kreative Umsetzung für innovative TGA-Projekte in der Planung, Ausschreibung und Vergabebegleitung nach HOAI, LP 1-9
- Technische Dokumentation und Visualisierung von Planungsvorgaben (Bedarfsermittlung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Bestandsdatenerfassung, Dokumentation)
- Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostensicherung in der Bauüberwachung
- Gezielte Projektbearbeitung und umfassende Projektunterstützung im Innen- und Außenverhältnis für optimale Ergebnisse
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Richtlinien, Normen, Regelwerke

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes & in Deutschland anerkannter Abschluss im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäude- oder Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung (Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLK / S oder SHK)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitärtechnik sowie Erfahrung in der Planung und Auslegung dieser technischen Systeme
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten Normen und Vorschriften wie DIN, VDI und EnEV, kombiniert mit einem sicheren Umgang mit CAD-Software und BIM für die Projektvisualisierung
- Grundkenntnisse in Energieeffizienz und nachhaltigen Technologien und erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise durch Praktika oder erste Berufserfahrungen
- Kompetenzen in Projektplanung, -koordination und -überwachung, einschließlich der Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project zur Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieuren, Architekten und Kunden sowie zur klaren Vermittlung technischer Informationen
- Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und teamorientierten Arbeit, mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und gutem Zeitmanagement zur Einhaltung von Deadlines
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) zur präzisen Dokumentation und Kommunikation
