What can you expect?
- You’ll build our modern web application, the ultimate interface connecting our partners, customers, and our game-changing IoT energy-sharing platform.
- You’ll own the end-to-end process for the backend ( InfluxDB, FirestoreDB, Google Cloud Functions), turning ideas into reality.
- You’ll keep our cloud infrastructure, CI pipelines, and internal development tools running like clockwork (making sure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes).
- Collaborate with a fun and talented interdisciplinary team (hardware, embedded software, and more) to develop smart, scalable solutions using your analytical brainpower and creative problem-solving skills.
- Develop sleek, clean software interfaces that ensure seamless communication between all system modules—because smooth systems are the best systems.
- Keep the codebase in top shape with regular maintenance, while documenting your work like a pro for future generations of devs (or just yourself!).

What should you bring with you?
- You’re driven by a passion for tackling new challenges and bring a "let’s get it done" mentality to every task.

- You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in web development and thrive in dynamic environments.
- You have hands-on experience in software architecture, designing, and deploying scalable backend applications.
- You’re confident working with TypeScript and have a solid foundation in Java (or are eager to deepen your knowledge).
- Your communication is smooth in German and/or English, making collaboration seamless.
- You have a foundational understanding of solar power systems, electricity grids, and power electronics—and you’re excited to learn more.
- You’re experienced with IoT devices and technologies like MQTT, bringing connectivity to life.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
