Was erwartet dich?
- Du bietest technische Expertise und Unterstützung für Kund:innen bei der Auslegung und Auswahl unserer Produkte
- Du führst Schulungen für Distributoren durch, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die volle Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Lösungen nutzen können
- Du pflegst enge Beziehungen zu technischen Ansprechpersonen bei Kund:innen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und proaktiv Lösungen anzubieten
- Du identifizierst Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten und unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei technischen Aspekten des Verkaufsprozesses
- Du unterstützt das Marketingteam bei Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Du analysierst technische Probleme vor Ort und entwickelst effektive Lösungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem technischen Support-Team zusammen, um schnelle und präzise Lösungen für Kundenprobleme zu gewährleisten
- Du sammelst Feedback von Kund:innen und leitest dies an das Produktentwicklungsteam weiter, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben
- Du kommunizierst deine Erkenntnisse aus fachlichen Gesprächen mit den Kund:innen an die Vertriebsabteilung, um allgemeine Ableitungen für Verkaufsgespräche zu ermöglichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung als Field Application Engineer (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Supportrolle
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zu reisen (5-10%)
- Du besitzt Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
