Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam durch ganzheitliche Betreuung von Vertriebsaktivitäten und bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende in allen vertrieblichen Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt bei und nimmst an Messen und weiteren Veranstaltungen teil
- Du pflegst Kundenbeziehungen, erstellst Kundenprofile und bearbeitest Anfragen sowie koordinierst Kundenanliegen
- Du erstellst Angebote, unterstützt bei der Kalkulation und verfolgst Angebote in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam
- Du erarbeitest und versendest Auftragsbestätigungen und pflegst sowie aktualisierst Kundendaten in CRM/ERP-Systemen
- Du wertest Vertriebsdaten zur Erstellung von Berichten aus und führst Marktforschung durch, indem du zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen recherchierst und Marktanalysen zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams erstellst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld (Innendienst)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Du besitzt Organisationsgeschick, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
