Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, richtest ein, wartest und administrierst unsere IT-Systeme
- Du verwaltest und pflegst den Azure Endpoint Manager und setzt Microsoft Endpoint Manager Autopilot ein
- Du administrierst Avast und prüfst die mögliche Umstellung auf Microsoft Defender
- Du betreust unsere Webseiten bei Host Europe, Hetzner, Mittwald und IONOS und setzt technische Anforderungen des ISMS um
- Du konfigurierst Cloud-Telefonie-Lösungen und stellst einen stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betrieb unserer Systeme sicher
- Du entwickelst unsere bestehende IT-Infrastruktur weiter und dokumentierst durch IT- und Asset-Management
- Du richtest eine 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung ein und bearbeitest Projekte, behebst Störungen, führst Arbeitsplatzumzüge, Neuinstallationen sowie Rollouts durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Netzwerken und in der Administration von Microsoft 365 Lösungen
- Du hast gute Erfahrungen in der automatischen Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Cloud-Lösungen (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Infrastructure as Code)
- Du besitzt Microsoft-Zertifizierungen und eine ISMS-Prüfung (beides von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung)
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support mit und arbeitest eigenständig sowie strukturiert
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
