Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst für die Beschaffung von technischen Komponenten und Materialien
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen technisch in Bezug auf unsere Produkte
- Du erstellst Angebote und Auftragsbestätigungen
- Du holst Lieferantenangeboten ein und führst anschließende Preisverhandlungen
- Du prüfst die Teileverfügbarkeit und stellst einen reibungslosen Auftragsablauf sicher
- Du betreust und pflegst das ERP-System
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Logistik und der Produktion zur Abstimmung von Lieferterminen zusammen
- Du betreust Kund:innen und bearbeitest Anfragen, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse und Abläufe im Einkauf und Vertrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Abgeschlossen Ausbildung im Kaufmännischen Bereich oder einer technischen Richtung wie Industriekaufmann oder Maschinenbau
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf von technischen Komponenten gesammelt
- Du hast technisches Verständnis und idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bist zuverlässig und hast ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
