Sachbearbeiter im Energiemanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst die monatlich anfallenden Dienstleistungsrechnungen für unsere Kund:innen und betreust die dazugehörigen Tools
- Du vertrittst bei der Erstellung der energiewirtschaftlichen Abrechnungen für Strom und Gas an unsere Kund:innen
- Du unterstützt im Prozess der Rechnungsfreigaben und überwachst den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du unterstützt beim Jahresabschluss nach HGB und bei der Wirtschaftsplanung
- Du übernimmst diverse Statistiken und unterstützt im kaufmännischen Tagesgeschäft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunktthema innerhalb der Energiewirtschaft oder vergleichbare Tätigkeiten mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit
- Du verfügst über hervorragendes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent
- Du besitzt fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
