Performance Marketing Manager für SEA und Social Commerce (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest mit Deinem Team die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Performance-Maßnahmen und Kampagnen in den Bereichen SEA, Social Commerce, Affiliate, Cross-Selling und Marktplätze
- Du entwickelst kreative Ansätze, um die Performance unserer Kampagnen zu steigern und neue Wachstumschancen zu erschließen
- Du analysierst und reportest die Performance entlang der gesamten Customer Journey unserer Online-Shops und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale
- Du arbeitest eng mit Teams zusammen, um Produktlaunches und Verkaufsaktionen zu unterstützen und eine konsistente und erfolgreiche Markenbotschaft über alle Kanäle hinweg zu gewährleisten
- Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Tracking-Setups, um relevante KPIs gezielt zu messen und um Handlungsempfehlungen abzugeben
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere externen Dienstleister und koordinierst deren Leistungen im Rahmen der Performance-Maßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich des Digitalen Marketings mit und hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen SEA, Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing und/oder anderen Performance-Marketing-Kanälen gesammelt
- Du bist mit Web-Analyse-Tools wie GA4, Meta und Co. vertraut, liebst es mit Zahlen zu arbeiten und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Analyse von Reports
- Du kannst Performance-Maßnahmen strategisch konzipieren, umsetzen und anhand von KPIs messen
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen aus einer Agentur mit, jedoch ist dies kein Muss
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partner:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
