Bauleiter für Traglufthallenprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst bundesweit die komplette Projektleitung für den Aufbau und Abbau unserer Traglufthallen an wechselnden Standorten
- Du koordinierst und führst das Montageteam vor Ort, inklusive der Steuerung aller Bauabläufe und Zeitpläne
- Du überwachst und bist verantwortlich für die Installation der technischen Anlagen (z. B. Klimatisierung, Beleuchtung, Sicherheitssysteme)
- Du kümmerst dich um die Materialdisposition, das Lieferantenmanagement und die direkte Kommunikation mit Kund:innen sowie externen Dienstleister:innen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. einschlägige Ausbildung
- Du verfügst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise in der Leitung von Bauprojekten oder im Anlagenbau
- Du bist hoch reisebereit und flexibel für bundesweite Einsätze
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich
- Du begeisterst dich für innovative Projekte und hast die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
