Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und leitest Trainingssessions für unsere Sales-Teams – sei es selbst durchgeführt oder durch interne/externe Trainer:innen
- Du entwickelst und setzt individuelle Learning Journeys um, die perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Teams abgestimmt sind
- Du organisierst und moderierst interne sowie externe Workshops und ermöglichst Kunden-Workshops mit Mehrwert
- Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse unserer Sales-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Go-to-Market, Marketing und dem Sales-Management zusammen, um zielgerichtete Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung und Optimierung von Trainings-Materialien wie Scripts, Pitch Decks und einer Wissendatenbank mit
- Du erstellst und koordinierst Onboarding Pläne für neue Sales Mitarbeiter:innen und planst sowie koordinierst unsere Jahres-Kick-Off-Events sowie weitere Sales-Meetings, die unsere Teams zusammenbringen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in Sales Enablement, Projektmanagement, Coaching oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Du verstehst, was Sales-Teams brauchen, und kannst diese Bedürfnisse in durchdachte Konzepte und praktische Lösungen übersetzen
- Du bringst relevante Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und Coachings mit. Zertifizierungen sind natürlich willkommen, aber kein Muss
- Du bist strukturiert, eigenständig und denkst pragmatisch
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und deine Organisationsfähigkeiten machen dich zur perfekten Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die dein Profil perfekt abrunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
