Deine Aufgaben:
- Du leitest und organisierst unser Food & Beverage-Angebot: Du bist verantwortlich für den täglichen Ablauf im Restaurant sowie in den Cateringbereichen und stellst sicher, dass die Servicequalität auf höchstem Niveau bleibt
- Du führst, motivierst und unterstützt unser Küchen- und Serviceteam, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Betrieb sicherzustellen
- Du koordinierst mit der Küche: Gemeinsam mit dem Küchenteam sorgst Du für ein kulinarisches Erlebnis und gestaltest kreativ unsere Angebote und Aktionen im Restaurant, der Espressobar und im Catering
- Du gewährleistest die Umsetzung von Hygienestandards und die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen
- Du planst, koordinierst und unterstützt Veranstaltungen, Mitarbeiter-Events und Feiern in unseren verschiedenen Bereichen

Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gastgeberherz mit hohem Serviceanspruch und Organisationstalent
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung in der Betriebsgastronomie mit, hast fundiertes Fachwissen und Kenntnisse in Ernährungswissenschaften
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest professionell, selbstsicher, flexibel und teamfähig
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Gestaltungswillen und eine Hands-on-Mentalität und gehst proaktiv an Herausforderungen heran

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
