SPS Softwareentwickler für Supportprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst SPS-Software-Updates an unseren Maschinensteuerungen durch, insbesondere mit Beckhoff TwinCAT. In Neuprojekten arbeitest du mit TwinCAT 3, während in älteren Projekten TwinCAT 2 zum Einsatz kommt
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Modernisierung von Steuerungssystemen und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen im 2nd-Level-Support. Hierbei behebst du technische Probleme und sorgst für eine reibungslose Implementierung von Steuerungsupdates
- Du erstellst in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen technische Angebotsvorlagen für Modernisierungs- und Update-Projekte
- Du stehst unseren Kund:innen über die Hotline zur Seite und unterstützt sie bei der Fehlersuche und technischen Beratung, um Probleme rund um Beckhoff TwinCAT-Systeme schnell zu lösen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst idealerweise über fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung mit Beckhoff TwinCAT 2 und TwinCAT 3
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich Steuerungsupdates, Maschinenmodernisierungen und technischem Support
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und hast Freude am technischen Support
- Du bringst Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke mit
- Du bist bereit zu reisen (nicht länger als zwei Wochen am Stück)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
