Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst den Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste durch und erledigst alle vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang sicher, bist verantwortlich für die Tagesabschlüsse und eine korrekte Schichtübergabe
- Du nimmst Einzelreservierungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache an
- Du kontrollierst die Kassenführung und Abrechnung
- Du managst Beschwerden und koordinierst sowie führst die Front Office Abteilung
- Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden während der Schicht, prüfst Reservierungen, Überbuchungen und Optionen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist authentisch und bleibst Du selbst
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach
- Du bringst mindestens ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Shiftleader oder Supervisor Front Office (m/w/d) mit
- Du verfügst über gute Führungsqualitäten und eine motivierende Art
- Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie im Umgang mit Menschen
- Du bist zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und organisationsfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
