  • Du erstellst alle Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen der Firmengruppe und führst Lohnbuchhaltungsvorgänge durch
  • Du erstellst Bescheinigungen aller Art und berücksichtigst lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Sachverhalte sowie gesetzliche Vorgaben
  • Du betreust das Personal administrativ von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt und erstellst Arbeitsverträge sowie Mitarbeitervereinbarungen
  • Du überwachst Fristen und führst die Zeiterfassung durch
  • Du führst die Personalakten und führst eine elektronische Personalakte ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerrechtliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d), Fachassistent (m/w/d) Lohn und Gehalt, Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung in der Personalabrechnung und -verwaltung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich des Arbeitsrechts und idealerweise Erfahrung mit DATEV und ELO, wobei dies keine Voraussetzung ist
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und besitzt ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
