Wir betreuen Kunden im gesamten deutschsprachigen und europäischen Raum (DACH). Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Softwareanpassungen in deLUXE-ERP und im eZentrum-Internetshop zu planen und aktiv umzusetzen. Dabei trägst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung und Umsetzung dieser Entwicklungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Anforderungsanalysen durch: Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und entwickelst technische Spezifikationen
- Du bist Führungskraft: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Leitung eines Teams von 4 bis 5 Mitarbeitenden
- Du entwickelst Anwendungen und Interface-Designs: Du konzipierst und entwickelst neue Anwendungen und Erweiterungsmodule mit benutzerfreundlichen Interfaces
- Du beteiligst dich am Entwurfsprozess: Du bringst deine Ideen in interdisziplinären Teams ein, um innovative Softwarelösungen zu gestalten
- Du realisierst IT-Projekte: Du leitest eigenständig komplexe IT-Projekte, inklusive Planung und Ressourcenmanagement
- Du kooperierst mit Release-Management und Support: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Release-Management zusammen und unterstützt den Kundensupport
- Du integrierst Funktionsänderungen: Du bindest neue Funktionen und Erweiterungen nahtlos in bestehende Systeme ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der 4D Entwicklung und mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine Ausbildung zum/zur Fach-Informatiker:in
- Du hast Kenntnisse der gängigen 4D Plugins, 4D Write Pro sowie ORDA
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse mit SQL-basierten Datenbanken und in Webtechnologien (Soap; HTML; XML; PHP; JavaScript etc.)
- Du hast Interesse, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und bestehende Lösungen zu konvertieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
