Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?
- Du bist für die proaktive Akquisition und Ansprache von neuen Unternehmen und den Aufbau des Erstkontakts per Telefon und E-Mail im Bereich Dienstradleasing verantwortlich
- Du stellst unser Dienstrad-Programm vor und berätst angepasst an die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kundinnen und Kunden
- Du übernimmst die Nachverfolgung von Leads und den Ausbau einer kontinuierlichen Lead-Pipeline
- Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Verkaufsziele

- Du hast Spaß am Telefonieren und zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus. Das Wort "Akquise" befeuert deine Motivation und reizt deinen Ehrgeiz.
- Du bist beharrlich, zielorientiert und besitzt eine ausgeprägte "Hunter-Mentalität".
- Du konntest bestenfalls bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder der Kundenansprache machen. Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist hilfreich.
- Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sind ein Plus.
- Du überzeugst durch deine gewinnende und motivierende Persönlichkeit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
