Werde Teil unseres Commissions-Teams als Expert*in für Provisionen (m/w/d) bei NEOMATIC!
Deine Aufgaben:
- Provisions- und Bonusmodelle entwickeln: Du analysierst bestehende Vergütungsstrukturen und entwickelst neue, maßgeschneiderte Modelle, die Leistung und Motivation im Vertrieb steigern.
- Workshops mit Kunden leiten: Du moderierst Workshops, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen die passende Lösung.
- Leistungsangebot optimieren: Du trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Provisions- und Bonuslösungen bei und bringst kreative Ideen ein, um unser Portfolio ständig zu verbessern.
- Datenanalyse und Reporting: Du wertest die Wirksamkeit unserer Modelle aus, erstellst Reports und hilfst dabei, datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Projekte und Prozessoptimierung: Du koordinierst Projekte, die Prozesse effizienter machen – sowohl intern als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden.

Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach einer Ausbildung oder einem Studium in BWL, IT oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Erfahrung mit Provisions- und Bonusmodellen
- Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
- Organisatorisches Talent und eine klare, verständliche Kommunikation von komplexen Konzepten.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
