Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Data Warehouses sowie der zugrunde liegenden Prozesse
- Sie entwickeln und warten ETL-Strecken
- Sie designen und erstellen Datenmodelle, Dashboards, Berichte und Visualisierungen
- Sie entwickeln das BI Tool zu Reporting- & Planungszwecken weiter
- Sie führen Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen inklusive Datenanalyse durch und stimmen sich mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling bzw. IT oder ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik mit kaufmännischem Background, alternativ eine Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifizierung im jeweiligen Schwerpunkt
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Betreuung von DWH-Systemen (SQL) sowie Erfahrung mit ETL-Tools (z.B. SSIS) und Datenbanksystemen
- Sie haben idealerweise Praxiserfahrung in der Berichtsentwicklung (SSRS, TM1 oder Power-BI) und eine hohe IT- und Zahlenaffinität
- Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und qualitätsbewusst und besitzen eine unternehmerische Denkweise mit selbständigem Arbeitsstil
- Sie sind fähig, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
- Sie sind bereit, flexibel zwischen Homeoffice und regelmäßiger Präsenz im Büro zu wechseln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) runden Ihr Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
