Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams zusammen, um CRM-Lösungen zu entwerfen, zu implementieren und Ressourcen im Bereich CRM und Customer Experience zu koordinieren
- Du sammelst und dokumentierst Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Marketing, Sales, After Sales und Field Service, analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst optimierte Lösungen
- Du gewährleistest eine nahtlose Integration, indem du interne und externe Partner:innen aus ERP, Web-Entwicklung und Business koordinierst sowie Testphasen neuer Funktionen betreust
- Du führst Schulungen durch, stellst eine effiziente Nutzung sicher und bietest fortlaufende Unterstützung für Endbenutzer:innen
- Du analysierst Fehler, koordinierst Lösungen und setzt präventive Maßnahmen zur Systemstabilität um
- Du erstellst und pflegst eine umfassende Dokumentation für den Bereich Customer Experience, die stets aktuell bleibt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung als CRM Solution Architect (m/w/d) mit und hast erfolgreiche Implementierungsprojekte durchgeführt
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in CRM-Lösungen sowie Integrationen, insbesondere in Verbindung mit SAP
- Du hast hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation und Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen
- Du zeichnest dich durch analytisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen oder funktionsübergreifenden Teams mit

If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
