Was erwartet dich?
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifikation produktrelevanter Änderungen aufgrund von Kunden-, Hersteller- oder rechtlicher Anforderungen
- Verantwortung für alle Projekte und Produktänderungen, die im Rahmen von Roadmap-Meetings festgelegt werden:
- Erstellung von Spezifikationen
- Planung und Konzeption von Softwareerweiterungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der Umsatzsteigerung, Stabilisierung der Produkte und Reduzierung der Support-Kosten
- Kommunikation zur Entwicklungsabteilung und Qualitätssicherung betreffend die Einhaltung der Fachvorgaben und Fachkonzepten
- Verantwortung und Koordination der reibungslosen Kommunikation unseres Dealer Management Systems mit angeschlossenen Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen
- Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Fachkonzepten für die Anbindung an unser Add-on Produkt FORMEL 1 evolution Finance
- Projektmanagement und Koordination von Software-Pilotierungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs und des Roll-Outs
- Ansprechpartner für außergewöhnliche Kundenanfragen (unter anderem bei der Eskalation von Kundenproblemen); ggf. 3rd Level Support
- Regelmäßige Besuche der relevanten Hersteller und Kunden in Absprache mit dem Vertriebs- und Accountmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Marketing-/Verkaufsmaterialien
- Durchführung von Kundentrainings und internen Trainings

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik oder vergleichbares Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Automobilhandel und/oder mit Dealer Management Systemen – idealerweise mit FORMEL 1 evolution

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
